We are looking for a talented Senior Account Executive Enterprise to play an important role within Enterprise Sales Team, contributing to develop close management with key partners and customers in the Books category, including cost negotiation, results monitoring, process improvement, and ensuring the operational performance of these accounts.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for monitoring the results and strategy of your territory, analyzing business data and strategy. This role will work with multiple stakeholders, C-Level and teams across the Genesys organization. The successful Account Manager is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to balance the needs and requirements of both Genesys and strategic partners.
