The ideal individual will work effectively within a high-performance team to lead our technology transformation in advanced controls and software, bridging production and motorsports software tech transfer. Responsibilities include developing new and advanced control systems for future vehicles using technologies like eAWD, eLSD, Active aerodynamics, and Rear steer. Our software development strategy aims to apply these innovations across a broad range of platforms, starting with future performance hyper-cars. This role requires expertise in control strategies and the ability to communicate complex technical topics to a diverse audience across various GM campuses. Experience and knowledge of embedded controls and software development processes are crucial for success. Additionally, the role involves supporting and encouraging collaboration between motorsports and production teams to ensure seamless technology transfer and integration.
