  • Apply structural engineering principles and FE pre-/post-processing skills to evaluate component performance.
  • Interpret and work with solids, surfaces, complex assemblies, and technical drawings.
  • Support Additive Lab operations through hands-on involvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional program teams.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capability, customer focus, and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Basic proficiency with a CAD system.
  • Experience in additive manufacturing.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Passion for motorsports and a drive to contribute to team success.

Preferred Qualifications (Competitive Edge)

  • Experience with Altair HyperMesh/OptiStruct, Abaqus, CATIA, or 3DX.
  • Familiarity with composite draping simulation tools (e.g., Laminate Tools).
  • Experience with structural optimization.
  • Experience with SLA and FDM additive manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in GrabCAD or other ADM slicing software.
