The Role: The Field Service Representative (FSR) is the 'voice of the customer' assuring segment leading warranty and customer satisfaction. You will directly interface the Vehicle Chief Engineer and Program Team members, all of the Engineering teams, and the related Manufacturing Plants.
You'll serve as a liaison between General Motors Defense and the customer to help coordinate, communicate, review, and provide support for the HD SUV and other GMO platforms. You will provide technical and administrative support to resolve problems related to maintenance, training, quality, readiness, and sustainability.
