We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, with a focus on supporting our manufacturing environment. You will leverage your technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive impactful solutions and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

RDS Squad/Team Leadership: Provide advanced leadership and guidance to Remote Desktop Services (RDS) squads or teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support.
Identity and Access Management: Manage and maintain Imprivata single sign-on solutions to enhance security and streamline user access.
Remote Access Solutions: Oversee Remote Desktop Services (RDS) to provide seamless access to applications and resources for remote users.
Virtualization: Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments to ensure optimal performance and user experience for remote users.
Thin Client Infrastructure: Lead Dell WYSE Thin Client deployment and management efforts, ensuring efficient and secure access to virtualized environments.
VDI & RDS Optimization: Leverage VDI & RDS expertise to drive differential outcomes, improvements, and enhance the end-user experience at our manufacturing locations and in support of the business.
IT Staff Development: Teach and develop IT staff at our manufacturing sites and within the corporate environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on manufacturing environments
Advanced proficiency in Aruba systems, network troubleshooting, and desktop productivity tools
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Experience with Imprivata single sign-on, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), VDI, and Dell WYSE Thin Clients
Deep expertise in VDI & RDS technologies, with a proven track record of driving improvements and enhancing the end-user experience
Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and develop IT staff at various levels
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Salary Range: $70100.00 - $116900.00 / Annually.
