Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities
- Responsible for managing the activities of the assigned site, including resource and material management, flight operations
- Interfaces with customer and stakeholders to understand the needs of each assignment; assesses requirements, develops mission plans, and manages operations execution
- Supports and leads the analyses and processing of intelligence data
- Aligns teams, sets goals, executes initiatives, and improves processes for the specific business units
- Analyzes and provides guidance on the current processes and workflows to help the organization run efficiently and effectively
- Analyzes budgets for equipment needs of the business
- Create business strategies to achieve business targets
- Keeps current with business and economic trends to forecast how the business will need to adapt and change over time
- Possesses a strong understanding of local and federal regulations to maintain compliance
- Possesses knowledge of how to operate LiDAR/EO and radar sensors along with communications equipment
- Responsible for understanding all aspects of flight operations and deployment assignments to effectively support the mission; support pre and post flight duties
Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Be willing to deploy to various OCONUS operating locations as directed by the Government
- Be able to obtain a US passport and visas to travel internationally
The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
