MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Senior Military Operations Principal, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to a critical mission program in Tampa, FL. You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data pertaining to operations and organizations.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
• Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officer and Senior Executives.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government FAR and Directive 70-1.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Creation, maintenance, and updating of financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
• Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads
• Ensuring team members understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 10+ years of experience
• Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI clearance
• Role requirements: Military Experience, Special Operations
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification issued from the Project Management Institute (PMI). - Preferred

The likely salary range for this position is $100,300 - $135,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
