How you will make an impact:
What you'll need to succeed: Required Experience: 15+ years of progressive technical implementation, team leadership, and customer relationship experience. Deep knowledge in ITIL 4 practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Knowledge, Event, etc.) Required Technical Skills: ITSM Tools & Platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Helix/Remedy) especially ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules. Experience with workflow and automation/integration across platforms and a broad technical literacy across infrastructure, platforms, integrations, and tools is highly desired. Security Clearance Level: Maintain Top Secret Clearance with SCI Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills that enable innovative design and technical thought leadership in a fast-evolving environment. Preferred Skills: Experience working with Government Customers, specifically the US Military. Location: Remote. 25-50% travel. US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $182,750 - $247,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
