Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements and test coverage.
Build automated test suites supporting regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, document defects, and validate fixes.
Optimize and maintain existing ATF test suites for performance, reliability, and stability.
Ensure test automation aligns with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
Create and maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, and automation standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship on ATF best practices.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments with automated testing strategies.
Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers to define test approaches with a focus on automating recurring/regression tests.
What you'll need to succeed bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The ATF Test Engineer must have:
Education: High school diploma. Technical training, certification(s) or degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in ServiceNow administration and related IT roles.
3+ years of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework experience.
5+ years of ServiceNow testing experience with ITSM.
Technical skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
Extensive experience designing automated tests for forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Role requirements: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to obtain CSA certification within 90 days.
Preferred skills: Advanced ITSM and/or testing certifications a strong plus.

The likely salary range for this position is $65,875 - $89,125. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
