The GD-OTS Seattle business operations team is seeking an individual with strong problem solving, written and verbal communication skills who enjoys working as part of a cross functional collaborative team.
Lead efforts on special projects related to multiple processes spanning across finance, contracts, and supply chain. (ex. Headcount reporting/forecasting tool, material proposal tool, FAR/DFAR Tools, Forecast Accuracy Reporting Tool/Database, etc.)
Reduce waste and gain efficiency in processes supporting proposal activity, financial reporting, etc.
Support Balance Sheet Account cleanup efforts
Integration of SharePoint resources/tools to improve KPI visibility
Supply Chain Compliance Data organization
Completed a minimum of 2-3 years of business coursework, working towards a BS in Business.
Excellent computer skills are required. Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
No or very little travel likely.
$23.58-$28.18
The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
