Join Our Extraordinary Team
ecobee is hiring a Senior Digital Sales Manager (1-year contract) to own and grow sales on ecobee.com, one of the company's key revenue channels and a flagship brand experience.
This is a senior-level role with meaningful ownership. You will be accountable for how the channel performs, how commercial priorities are set, and how cross-functional teams align to deliver results. You'll be the go-to for ecommerce at ecobee — shaping promotional strategy, revenue pacing, and executional discipline — while partnering closely with leaders across Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Supply Operations.
You'll join the Digital Sales Team at ecobee (within the broader Sales organization), a tight-knit team that supports ecobee web products. This tight-knit, enthusiastic team consists of Product Managers, Designers/Copywriters, and Developers who team up to ship new products and features on ecobee.com. As the Senior Digital Sales Manager, you'll work cross-functionally with Marketing to identify and drive new revenue-generating opportunities on ecobee.com. This role is hybrid (Wednesdays and Thursdays in our Toronto office) and reports to the Director, Digital Sales.
This is not a junior or execution-only role. We're looking for someone who has already operated at a senior level, can translate strategy into operational plans, and is comfortable making tradeoffs in a complex environment. You'll be expected to bring structure where there is ambiguity and continuously improve how the channel runs — not just what launches.
