Scams of these nature have been on the rise globally and typically originate with fraudulent text messages, emails or fake job advertisements and seek to entice applicants to provide personal information, download malicious software, purchase equipment, or pay fees to pursue a job opportunity.

Please know that we do not text applicants asking for personal information or to purchase any items as part of our recruitment process. If you receive a suspicious text or email, we encourage you to stop engaging with that number immediately.

Official communications from the GeneDx Talent Acquisition team will come from our company domain "genedx.com" or our recruiting software platform "greenhouse-mail.io". If you receive a communication from any other domain, please disregard and report to cybersecurity@genedx.com
