Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the acquisition strategy team and local market experts to support international marketing initiatives.
• Work with the creative team to develop and refine marketing assets for campaigns.
• Optimize product listings on download portals to improve visibility and performance.
• Assist in data analytics and campaign evaluation to measure effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
• Articulate the opportunity in a business case, outlining the financial opportunity, the resources required to execute and the timeline to payback the investment.
• QA testing of the flows to ensure everything works correctly.
• Design, prepare and evaluate various A/B tests.
• Retain a strong contributor who delivers tangible business results.
• Ensure continuity on critical projects and reduce delays caused by asset bottlenecks.
• Accelerate team-wide adoption of AI technologies and support automation efforts to scale innovation more effectively across our partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Experience with Excel (data analysis, reporting, etc.).
• Able to work independently, flexible, problem solver, and team player.
