Business Analyst – Customer Service & Operations
Optimus Energy, a member of the HERON ENERGY GROUP and part of the G.E.C. TERNAA GROUP, is looking for a Business Analyst – Customer Service & Operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Records and documents functional requirements for existing or new implementations.
Monitors the progress and quality of deliverables from external partners/developers.
Configures existing applications according to operational needs and supports their integration with existing systems.
Designs and performs tests (unit testing, UAT), provides feedback and monitors the resolution of potential issues.
Acts as a point of contact for escalations and problem resolution in collaboration with technical teams and business owners.
Compiles manuals and training materials and conducts training for end-users.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Two years experience in a similar role
Very good knowledge of English in writing and speaking
Ability to analyze and document functional needs.
Experience in testing processes (unit tests, UAT) and monitoring errors/issues.
Good understanding of basic project management principles and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Forms, SharePoint), Power Automate, Power Apps (preferred)
Understanding of basic software development principles
Experience working in technical teams (preferred)
Previous experience in digital transformation or customer service optimization projects (desired)
