ΗΡΩΝ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑΚΗ Α.Ε., a company of the ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ Group, is looking for an Application Support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Takes care of the correct operation of the operational applications
- Investigates and solves any problems that arise in the operational applications
- Records and analyzes the incidents as well as the procedures of their solution
- Ensures the maximum efficiency of the applications
- Aims at preventing possible malfunctions
- Collaborates with the operational users to solve the mentioned problems
- Develops practices to optimize the efficiency of the applications
- Compiles reports on the performance of the applications, the resolution of incidents, and support indicators
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Administration / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in IT application management environments
- Experience in the same industry (preferred)
- Certifications in SAP or MS will be valued
- Previous experience with JIRA as event management will be considered a qualification
- Excellent knowledge of English & Greek (in written and spoken language)
- Programming knowledge will be valued
