GEICO is seeking an Affiliate & Partner Marketing Program Lead to join our BoatUS team! Develops, executes and monitors advertising plans for media programs. Responsible for project management and execution of a marketing program as approved by the Supervisor, Manager, or Director. Boat Shows, TowBoatUS Fleet & Local Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Coordinate planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for assigned Boat Shows and local marketing events
• Support fleet marketing initiatives, including asset coordination, materials tracking, and partner communications
• Support administration and tracking of co-op marketing funds, including documentation, approvals, and reconciliation support
• Maintain accurate records related to events, fleet initiatives, co-op programs, and local marketing activities
• Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries related to Boat Shows, fleet marketing, and local partner initiatives
• Identify and escalate execution risks, timeline issues

Affiliate, Influencer & Partner Marketing (Secondary Focus)

• Support day-to-day activities for affiliate, influencer, social, and partner marketing programs
• Coordinate onboarding, setup, and ongoing support for affiliates, influencers, and partners
• Maintain partner records, tracking assets, creative materials, and program documentation
• Monitor program performance and assist with preparation of recurring reports, summaries, and insights
• Support execution of promotional initiatives and partner campaigns
• Collaborate with internal marketing to ensure partner activities align with requirements

Cross-Functional & Operational Support

• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and workflow efficiencies across local, partner, and affiliate marketing programs
• Support internal stakeholders with timely updates, materials, and reporting related to assigned initiatives

Requirements:

• BA Degree Required (Marketing, Communications or Business preferred)
• 3 to 5 years marketing experience
• Partner Relationship Management platform experience preferred
