Summer Intern - Design Engineer, Hardware

As a Summer Intern - Design Engineer, Hardware you will work in a team implementing electrical and electromechanical design changes to our flagship CARESCAPE patient monitoring devices to enhance product functionality, quality or manufacturability. You'll be part of experts in the health care technology industry – in a team with great spirit. We are located at Helsinki site, Finland. Responsibilities

• Be part of a team working from components to system level product changes to support quality, compliance and manufacturing of our embedded CARESCAPE patient monitoring system
• Work on small projects by developing systems specification, design documents and collaborate internal/external parties
• Perform engineering testing, product verification and report-out results
• Support small AI projects and tool developments supporting our engineering work

Qualifications

• Studying for Master's degree in in Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent knowledge
• Experience with electrical components, design and manufacturing and hands with AI tools
• You are an energized team player with analytical thinking and working practices
• Good communication skills in English and Finnish, both spoken and written
