Service Operations Data Intern

As a Service Operations Data Intern at GE HealthCare, you'll collaborate with service leaders to tackle meaningful projects that enhance productivity and operational efficiency across our service organization.

This internship offers the opportunity to work on impactful initiatives aligned with your academic background. You'll be part of a dynamic team, contributing to solutions that improve healthcare delivery. Projects may include:

  • Leading short-term initiatives (2–6 months) that require independent decision-making
  • Creating presentations and visual reports to communicate progress and share insights
  • Analyzing operational data using Excel or other analytical tools
  • Supporting functional teams with tasks that mirror full-time roles
  • Participating in early talent events, seminars, and trainings
  • Handling assignments that require accuracy, trust, and attention to detail

You'll gain exposure to service operations, sharpen your analytical skills, and contribute to projects that make a difference in healthcare.

Qualifications:

We're looking for students who are curious, driven, and ready to grow. You are:

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor's or master's program in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, business, or a related technical discipline
  • Available for a minimum of 10 weeks during Summer 2026
  • A strong communicator with initiative and the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (GE HealthCare does not sponsor employment visas for this role)

Preferred Qualifications:

You may stand out if you have:

  • A GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Prior internship or project experience in service operations or data analysis
  • A passion for process improvement and operational excellence
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or other data visualization tools
  • Demonstrated adaptability and involvement in campus or community activities
