Job Description

Activities:

• Support: Assist in building the forecast based on backlog data, managing the risk profile and opportunities to have a reliable Say/Do ratio.
• Lead and coordinate with different areas (commercial, HPM, credit, Order Fulfillment, etc.) the active and healthy management of the backlog to achieve the maximum goal of delivering to the end customer and achieving the recognition of the sale.
• Conduct operational mechanisms with Distributors, commercial, SBUs, S&OP, etc. to maximize the process and life of an order throughout its journey (from the time it is entered into the system until it is recognized). Responsible for maintaining the most efficient backlog conversion possible.
• Cultivate teamwork with colleagues and different regions, contributing to and building common strategies and always using the "lean" culture when possible.
• Focus always on the customer, understanding their needs and accompanying them throughout the order journey.

Education: Professional in Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role of Foreign Trade/Operations/Logistics/HPM.

Requires: Handling of Excel, PowerPoint, Word tools

Requires: Intermediate English

Skills:

• Critical thinking & analytical skills, experience in reports and data analysis

• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong organization and time management
