Advanced Visualization Software Engineer

Au sein du l'entité de Visualisation Avancée, vous intégrerez une équipe d'ingénieurs logiciel organisée en centre d'excellence basé en France afin d'industrialiser le développement logiciel d'applications avancées sur les plateformes Advanced Vizualisation (AV). Vous serez amené dans ce rôle à interagir à l'international avec des équipes techniques qui seront basées (en fonction des produits) en France principalement avec possibilité d'interaction avec la Hongrie et l'Inde.

Analysis of Complaints

Your mission will include the following aspects:

  • Engage in understanding the products and user needs.
  • Perform the first level of analysis of the base installed problems to provide solutions to customers, propose alternative behaviors if possible.
  • Interact with different collaborators to efficiently resolve customer complaints:
    • Regional managers to collect the necessary information
    • Complaints Handling Unit (CHU) teams to manage potentially sensitive issues and elaborate the status of open and ongoing analysis customer complaints
    • Engineering or product (marketing) teams for detailed product information.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the analyses you are responsible for to meet reasonable deadlines for closing complaints while adapting according to the criticality.
  • Elaborate reports to know the statuses and problems encountered.
  • Communicate effectively the statuses and problems encountered, ask for help if necessary.
  • Engage in the resolution of Non-Conformities, investigations, and CAPAs (Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions).

Your mission must be carried out in compliance with the GEHC Quality System and the regulatory requirements required in the development and support of medical products.

Development of the Internal IB Tool

The Base Installed Service (IB) has implemented an internal web solution allowing it to manage its team's activities.

Your mission will consist of contributing to the development of application modules according to the defined roadmap:

  • Specification and definition of the functional need:
    • Collect and analyze user needs
    • Write the functional and technical specifications
  • Development and integration:
    • Develop and integrate the functional components ensuring a solid and scalable architecture
    • Ensure the quality of software deliveries including technical documentation and an effective testing strategy.
  • Maintenance phase:
    • Provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance as per the evolutions of the activity or the applications
    • Manage the quality of service and user support (handling incidents or reported difficulties)

Your results must take into account the constraints of time, robustness, and simplicity necessary for routine use.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or Master's (software development, biomedical, image processing).
  • Professional experience in software development or medical products
  • Good relational skills for teamwork in an international environment and communication skills
  • Very good level of English (written and spoken)
  • Mastery of the Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Mastery of object-oriented programming
  • Understanding of functional concepts in JavaScript

  • Python, TypeScript
  • JavaScript Framework (Angular, Vue.js, EJS, Node.js)
  • NOSQL Database
  • Ergonomics of interfaces
  • Version management software such as Github or GitLab
  • Docker
