Human Resources Operations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for executing multiple HR processes and providing support to the team in all categories of services, including onboarding, offboarding, Oracle data maintenance, reporting, metrics, and more. Develop a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the company's HR systems and operational processes. This position requires an emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions, while also providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Foster a first-class service, developing effective relationships and working inter-functionally with internal teams and vendors.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, time, and precision in compliance with GE HealthCare policies.
  • Perform assigned activities independently while being responsible for HR processes.
  • Contribute to regional and global projects related to HR operations and initiatives.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and/or vendor performance related to HR function proposing recommendations to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the increase in productivity and compliance with regulations by identifying areas of opportunity in processes, standardization, and simplification in the HR operations area.
  • Adhere to and foster a culture of excellence in customer service and continuous improvement, providing a memorable service for our employees, leaders, and HR partners.
  • Develop relationships with strategic partners effectively through proactive and assertive communication to identify improvements and needs.
  • Build knowledge and experience constantly to stay up-to-date on HR operations processes.
  • Contribute to HR operations audits, both internal and external.
  • Develop a strong and reliable relationship with the HR community, managers, and company employees.
  • Provide consistent support in HR operational processes according to internal needs.

Competencies/Requirements:

  • Meet specific requirements related to the country of employment.
  • Professional degree related to HR issued by an accredited university.
  • Knowledge of English and Spanish, fluent verbal and written.
  • Previous professional experience (1 – 3 years), ideally within HR operations in a multinational organization.
  • Experience and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a complex and constantly changing environment with multiple internal clients.
  • Influence skills and experience in problem-solving finding areas of opportunity, standardization, and simplification in HR processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills, effective and timely communication in a professional and courteous environment.
  • Updated on regulatory knowledge related to HR processes.
