Early Career Trainee In Service Delivery

As an Early Career Trainee in Service Delivery, you will be immersed in the operations of GE Medical Systems, supporting the efficient and effective delivery of our medical technology services to customers across Turkiye. This role is designed to provide foundational experience and development in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior service delivery professionals in the planning, coordination, and execution of medical equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Learn and apply GE's service protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support the tracking and management of service requests, spare parts inventory, service tools and field service activities.
• Participate in customer interactions, shadowing experienced engineers and technicians to develop communication and problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to the documentation of service reports, technical issues, and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning and development initiatives, including internal training programs and certifications, to build expertise in GE Medical Systems products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or improvement opportunities within the service delivery process.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in medical technology and a desire to build a career in service delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to travel within Turkiye as required for training and assignments.
