Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for USCAN Services

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for USCAN Services, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the USCAN Service organization—encompassing both commercial and service delivery operations. In this critical leadership role, you will shape the financial strategy that drives growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring world-class execution of GE HealthCare's mission to create a world where healthcare has no limits. You will be responsible for leading all financial aspects of the USCAN Services business, including reporting, forecasting, planning, and value creation initiatives. This position requires a highly collaborative and visionary finance leader who can influence across a matrixed global organization and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the USCAN Services General Manager and leadership team, driving financial strategy, operational rigor, and long-term growth.
  • Champion strategic initiatives that enhance profitability and productivity, optimize cost structure, and accelerate innovation.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the Services finance organization.

Operational Excellence:

  • Standardize and streamline core financial and operational processes across the U.S. and Canada to enable consistent execution and decision-making.
  • Lead the development of metrics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor commercial and service delivery performance, including revenue, cost, labor, and variable cost lines.
  • Provide deep financial insight to improve productivity, efficiency, and resource allocation.

Financial Stewardship:

  • Oversee the development and execution of key financial deliverables, including monthly/quarterly forecasts, operating plans (budget), and the 3-year Long Term Strategy (LTS) plan.
  • Drive actionable insights through analysis of business results, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending proactive strategies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across regional and segment P&Ls.

Process Improvement & Transformation:

  • Continuously evolve financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance reporting, planning, and decision support capabilities.
  • Partner with operations to improve cost management, capital investment analysis, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive financial experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $232,000.00-$348,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
