Job Description

Functions and responsibilities

• Acts as the single point of contact with the client for the timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns that encompass a wide variety of support services offered for the assigned region, product, or coverage area.
• Responsible for knowing the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, associated configuration facilities.
• Represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to provide customer support.
• Establishes and maintains contact to provide consistent technical and business support to assigned clients in the designated geographic region or coverage area.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in similar functions and/or Customer Service Management.
• Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic to intermediate English.
