Area Service Leader (ASL) for SIHREN and Special Projects
The Area Service Leader (ASL) for SIHREN and Special Projects is accountable for driving end-to-end service execution, productivity, and customer satisfaction across imaging modalities within the assigned geography. This role ensures operational excellence through strong field leadership, deep data-driven decision-making, and seamless collaboration with the service provider to deliver SIHREN commitments on time and with high quality.

Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Lead execution of SIHREN and special project service strategies, ensuring timely delivery, high availability, and compliance with service KPIs.
- Work in close coordination with the service provider to ensure on-time project execution, proactive issue resolution, and adherence to SLAs.
- Build and implement productivity strategies to reduce material consumption, optimize resource allocation, and improve labor efficiency.
- Drive high uptime performance to avoid penalties and ensure contractual commitments are met.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, drive operational rigor, and enable continuous improvement.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Build, train, and nurture a dedicated direct GEHC Field Engineer team to support SIHREN and special project requirements.
- Strengthen technical capability and service excellence through structured coaching, knowledge sharing, and competency development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.
Customer & Technical Excellence
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues across SIHREN and special projects.
- Ensure rapid and effective response to customer concerns, maintaining high satisfaction and trust.
- Oversee timely completion of PMs, FMIs, installations, and service recovery actions.
Business Contribution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with commercial, HPM, and delivery teams to support service growth, installation readiness, and customer engagement.
- Support digital transformation, connectivity deployment, and operational simplification initiatives.
- Maintain daily operational visibility, ensure accurate reporting, and drive alignment with ASEAN service quality standards.
Performance Expectations
- Deliver high uptime across SIHREN installations; ensure zero overdue PMs within warranty/MSA terms.
- Execute SIHREN and special project activities on schedule, avoiding customer or contractual penalties.
- Achieve productivity targets for material consumption, labor efficiency, and operational cost management.
- Maintain accurate and timely installation schedules, HBS outputs, and field execution updates.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and strong people leadership to deliver service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering, Biomedical Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of imaging service experience and 5+ years leading service operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer management skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Proven experience driving productivity, operational transformation, and large-scale service initiatives.
