Internship Opportunity At GE HealthCare

At the European headquarters of GE HealthCare in Buc (78), you will join the interventional applications software team. In this empowering internship contract, you will be at the heart of long-term operational missions.

Within the software team, you will work on the development of an automatic update infrastructure for the software controlling a Vascular System. In this context, your missions will focus on:

• Participating in the definition of the need in collaboration with the software architect and development teams to define the appropriate architecture
• Implementing the technical solution selected in the previous step
• Defining and implementing an automatic testing infrastructure
• Being a driving force in architecture discussions and during implementation

Candidate profile:

• Bac+3 from an engineering school or a specialized IT Master's in software development
• Proficiency in Python
• Mandatory proficiency in C++
• Software development in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Test infrastructure based on Windows and VxWorks (Real-Time OS)
• Knowledge of Git tool
• Open-mindedness, teamwork, proactivity, rigor, and autonomy
• Technical French and English

Duration: 2 or 3 years starting from the 2026/2027 academic year
