✨ About The Role
- The Strategic Finance Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis within all Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Product teams.
- This role involves creating and maintaining financial models for engineering R&D spending and project profitability.
- The analyst will work closely with various teams to maintain a 12-month rolling forecast and present financial reports monthly and quarterly.
- Responsibilities include driving financial planning activities, variance analysis, and reporting to support senior management's decision-making.
- The role also requires collaboration with accounting to validate data and establish operational procedures for high-quality financial information.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), private equity, or banking.
- Strong Excel modeling skills are essential, along with the ability to present complex analyses and data effectively.
- Experience in high-growth technology startups or similar environments is preferred.
- The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to drive business decisions at the senior management level.
- Familiarity with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting software and SQL for analyzing large data sets is a plus.
