- A successful candidate will have a B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals and tools, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), is essential. - Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, is required. - Hands-on experience with machining, fabrication, and rapid prototyping technologies will be beneficial. - The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, small company environment. - A passion for developing innovative products that address significant engineering challenges is crucial.
