What You Will Do For Us

• Research and evaluate relevant tenders in common portals
• Create tender documents and coordinate with the departments
• Coordinate the internal communication and ensure timely submissions
• Prepare bidder presentations and accompany negotiations
• Work closely with partners and customers and maintain relationships
• Participate in partner meetings and actively shape the cooperation
• Support acquisition and market entry strategies
• Conduct market and competition analyses and provide recommendations
• Maintain a tender overview and optimize internal processes
• Ensure compliance with formal requirements, quality standards, and corporate design

What You Will Bring With You

• Completed commercial training or degree related to business administration, law, or communication
• Professional experience in tender management, offer preparation, or sales
• Knowledge of tender portals and ideally CRM systems or tender tools
• Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Project management skills, structured and independent working style
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Confident, convincing appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
• High willingness to learn, team spirit, and self-initiative
• Very good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage
