Responsibilities / Tasks

How you'll make an impact:

  • Manage complex service offers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs
  • Support the development of selected service products, from in-depth analysis to market launch—both for external customers and internal GEA Regions & Countries
  • Participate in technical discussions and commercial negotiations with customers
  • Collaborate with GEA Regions & Countries to grow the service business and strengthen local capabilities (e.g. joint customer visits, training preparation, etc.)
  • Actively contribute to expanding the service portfolio by promoting upgrades, maintenance contracts, and conducting service audits

Your Profile / Qualifications

What sets you up for success:

  • Strong mechanical background; knowledge of automation and software is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-organized, analytical mindset, and problem-solving approach using creative and adaptive methods
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and open-minded; thrives in team environments

  • Previous experience in Service roles
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Curiosity and a strong work ethic are highly valued
