Responsibilities / Tasks

• Execution Of Service Work And Retrofitting Or Conversion Of Existing Systems
• Troubleshooting On Site At The Customer Or Via Telephone Support
• Factory Acceptance Testing Of Customer-Specific Systems In Foreign
• Manufacturing Plants
• Installation, Commissioning, And Training At New Systems On Site At The
• Customer
• On-Call Duty Once A Month

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Completed Apprenticeship Efz As Mechanic / Polymechanic Or Technical Vocational Training (E.g., Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Mechatronics)
• Experience In Customer Service And Troubleshooting
• Basic Knowledge Of Electrical And Control Technology
• Knowledge Of Pneumatics, Vacuum Technology, And Hydraulics Is Advantageous
• Fluent German Skills, English And French Skills Are Advantageous
• You Consider Yourself As Team-Oriented And Have A Service-Oriented, Cross-Functional Mindset
• Travel Readiness (Also Abroad)
• Microsoft Office Skills
