Sales Manager Separation (M/W/D) For Renewables

At GEA-Standort in Oelde, innovative centrifuges for mechanical separation technology are being developed on over 85,000 m² of production area. Our separators, decanters, and complete solutions ensure efficient processes in various industries worldwide. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager Separation (m/w/d) for the "Renewables" sector as soon as possible.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Consulting customers and prospects on GEA solutions for separation technology (separators and decanters)
  • Selling new machines from the separation technology sector (separators and decanters) to existing and new customers
  • Actively acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers within the "Renewable Resources" sector, particularly plant oils, biofuels, starch, and proteins
  • Managing the sales territory in Germany
  • Reporting on sales activities
  • Creating technical offers
  • Conducting negotiations and closing contracts
  • Achieving predefined order intake, profitability, and growth targets
  • Market observation and development in collaboration with specialist departments
  • Systematically identifying and tapping into market and customer potentials

Your Profile/Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed technical or chemical studies or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in selling complex machines and process components, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of fluid process technology, separation technology, or wastewater technology is desirable
  • CRM knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English
  • Team player with high self-motivation
  • Convincing appearance, strong customer orientation, and communication skills
  • Driving license class B
  • High willingness to travel within Germany in the assigned sales territory (travel activity > 50%)
