Bei GEA in Oelde, we manufacture state-of-the-art centrifuges and separation technologies on an 85,000 m² large production site. Our solutions—including separators, decanters, and complete system solutions—enable the efficient separation of liquids and solids and support a wide range of industries worldwide. To strengthen our team in Oelde, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) for our Business Line Oil, Gas & Energy.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Recognizing and recording customer needs related to products, internal implementation in product developments in collaboration with specialist departments
Direct and indirect product-related sales promotion, consulting the sales functions in country companies (R & C) and possibly end customers
Selling machines, plants, and process technology in application to end customers with the country companies or agents
Technical clarification of inquiries in coordination with the specialist departments
Coordinating the technical solution; determining the required process technology
Creating and developing offers in coordination with the offer management
Supporting the creation of business plans
Customer support with the sales function in the country companies
Possibly taking over key account functions
Your Profile / Qualifications
Technical studies or technical training with further education to technician or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in sales in the Oil, Gas & Energy sector is desirable
Good German and English skills in speech and writing
Other foreign languages are desirable
Secure handling of MS Office
Communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
Willingness to international travel (approx. 30%)
