We are looking for a Manager New Business Models & Service Innovations (m/f/d) for our team at the Boenen site.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Drive the end-to-end development of new service and product offerings
• Define and prepare new business models
• Define product visions, roadmaps, and success metrics in alignment with strategic goals
• Create and validate MVPs (Minimum Viable Products)
• Manage product lifecycle including launch planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with external partners such as startups, research institutions, and technology providers
• Prepare and present business cases and investment proposals to senior management
• Ensure customer-centricity by integrating feedback loops, user testing, and service design principles
• Support change management
• Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to new business models
• Conduct market and customer research

Your Profile / Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Innovation Management, Digital Business, or a related field
• Several years of experience in product management, business development, or innovation management
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable initiatives with a hands-on attitude
• Familiarity with Product development methods (e.g., Design Thinking, Scrum)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement
• Fluent language skills in English and German
