Responsibilities / Tasks
Responsible for building up long-term mutually beneficial relations and business cooperation with all OEM Ice Plant Makers in Thailand (>12 companies), and all key end user groups.
Achieve and maintain level of at least 50 compressors per year.
Develop and manage distribution strategy via multiple distribution channels (OEM, dealers, trading companies, sales agents, direct sales to large customers etc.) with corresponding pricing policies and loyalty system, rewarding and supporting both new installation and aftersales efforts of our partners.
Conduct market studies and make sure our pricing is competitive.
Collect market feedback and make sure customer experience is excellent with our products & services, if not suggest, develop and conduct correction actions together with local service team and also factories in Europe.
Act as a care taker and go-to person for the market in your responsibility
Maintain maximum customer satisfaction by close cooperation with other departments e.g. service or supply chain
Conduct technical and commercial presentations about our machines, their unique selling points, application limits and installation and maintenance requirements.
Make sure our delivery time is short, therefore maintain local stock of 20-30 compressors
Your Profile / Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent educational level
Min 3 years' relevant experience in similar functions
Sales professional with significant experience in similar role
Deep practical know-how of sales and processes, organization methods and tools (e.g. ordering, pricing, CRM)
Proven superior skills in negotiation with customers
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
English (upper intermediate)
Deep understanding of business with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations
Open-minded and solution oriented, strong problem solving skills
Team player, good networker and negotiator
Very good communication skills, strong sales person
Strong customer orientation - Ability to engage with customers at different level
Leadership skills, entrepreneurial competencies
