Responsibilities / Tasks
Recruitment and Selection:
Support in posting job vacancies on different employment platforms.
Screening resumes and initial candidate selection.
Scheduling interviews and providing logistical support for the selection process.
Participate in interviews and help in evaluating candidates.
Maintain the candidate database updated.
Talent Development:
Assist in organizing and logistics of training and workshops.
Help in the preparation of training and development materials.
Participate in the follow-up and evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs.
Support in analyzing the development needs of employees.
Human Resources Administration:
Assist in maintaining HR records and documents.
Support in managing benefits and integration programs for new employees.
Participate in team meetings and contribute with innovative ideas and solutions.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Requirements:
Be a student in higher education in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work in a team and interact with different hierarchical levels.
Organization and attention to detail.
Proactivity and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of online recruitment tools and office software.
Differentials:
Previous experience (even academic) in selection processes and/or training and development.
Familiarity with HR management systems (Workday).
