Board Assistant

As Board Assistant to the CEO and CFO of the Nutrition Plant Engineering Division, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, ensuring effective management of priorities and flawless execution of executive responsibilities.
Your roles include:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO and CFO
- Organize internal and external board-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up documentation
- Act as the central point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinating business travel arrangements, managing expenses, processing invoices, contract/document processing and general office management
- Tracking and control of action points, resubmissions, deadlines, and key dates
- Effectively coordinating decision-making processes at the top management level by supporting analyses, reports and statistics and creation of presentation material
- Serving as a professional liaison between stakeholders
Project & Task Tracking:
- Track and follow up on key action items, deadlines, and board submissions
- Support with documentation and follow-ups for internal and cross-functional projects
- Active participation in selected Group projects and taking on ad-hoc special tasks as needed
Your Profile / Qualifications:
- Several years of experience supporting senior executives in an international business environment
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential matters
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English and German (both required)
