 
                                                
                                            The Operations Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the execution of all activities on the production floor. Major areas of performance include working with the Planning Manager and Account Management team to plan production activities, determining appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables, reviewing master production schedules and work orders to prioritize and revise for maximum availability and expectations, supervising all fulfillment and production personnel, and ensuring a safe working environment through adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience, strong verbal and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
