Networking Position

The position is responsible for serving as a direct contact point with clients, executing specialized technical tasks in the management, operation, and maintenance of equipment in networking platforms, ensuring that these receive adequate attention and service level compliance to incidents and requests.

Academic Degree: Graduated university in Telematics Engineering, Systems Engineering or Computer Science

Experience Detail:

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in the networking area, with a specialized focus on distributed enterprise networks (Enterprise Networking). Experience in the configuration, review, and advanced diagnosis of traffic in enterprise switches and routers, wireless, SDWAN, mainly based on Cisco technologies.
  • Proven experience in the management and administration of data and internet links.
  • Proven knowledge and experience (at least 1 year) in Cisco SD-WAN technologies (Viptela), with experience in the configuration, operation, and diagnosis of SD-WAN solutions at the enterprise level.
  • Knowledge in the use and operation of Catalyst Center (DNA Center)
  • Extensive knowledge in the administration and operation of Cisco Nexus equipment and/or equivalents from other brands.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the handling and configuration of Cisco Catalyst equipment.
  • Knowledge in wireless networks, the configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise wireless networks, through WLC controllers.

Technical Knowledge and Certifications:

  • Must have current certification, at least Cisco CCNP Enterprise with specialization in SDWAN.
  • Knowledge in the architecture and management of enterprise network solutions, wireless networks and SD-WAN based networks, including orchestration and monitoring.
  • Advanced knowledge in dynamic routing with protocols such as BGP, OSPF and EIGRP, and their implementation in large-scale networks, optimizing traffic and ensuring redundancy.
  • Experience with advanced switching technologies, including VLAN, STP (Spanning Tree Protocol), EtherChannel, and their use in the segmentation and redundancy of enterprise networks.
  • Knowledge of high availability technologies such as HSRP (Hot Standby Router Protocol), VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol), and GLBP (Gateway Load Balancing Protocol) to ensure service continuity.
  • Experience in configuring and diagnosing enterprise WAN and LAN networks, with topologies such as hub-and-spoke, full-mesh, and hybrid environments with multiple distributed sites.
  • Knowledge and experience with Cisco monitoring technologies, for example Catalyst Center, with a focus on traffic visibility, performance, and proactive network management.
  • Ability to perform advanced diagnosis using tools such as Cisco DNA Assurance, NetFlow, and Wireshark, and the ability to solve critical problems in real time.
  • Desirable knowledge in the integration of enterprise wireless networks through Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and the optimization of wireless traffic in distributed environments.
