Networking Technician

The position is responsible for serving as a direct point of contact with the client, in the execution of technical tasks of management, support, and operation of computer and communication equipment in the networking platforms.

Responsibilities:

Meet response times, attention, and SLA
Ensure good functioning of the SDWAN network
Meet the tasks assigned by the client.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in the networking area, focused on Enterprise Networking. Experience in the configuration and diagnosis of traffic in enterprise switches and routers and SDWAN, mainly based on Cisco technologies.
Education: Advanced university student in the field of Engineering or Computer Science.
Technical knowledge: Extensive knowledge in networking protocols. Must possess the current CISCO CCNA certification and at least one of the CCNP Enterprise Networking certification exams; with knowledge in SDWAN technologies.
Language: Technical English level with a minimum of 2 years proven experience in the field of networks and telecommunications.
Skills: Oral and written communication - teamwork - aptitude for diagnosis and resolution of technical problems - excellent customer service.
