Job Description

You'll work closely with the team and initial design partners to build an application using JavaScript, React, balancing speed, quality, and efficiency in the delivery process. If you're passionate about solving complex problems using technology, enjoy intellectual debates, and thrive in ownership-driven environments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, performant web applications using ReactJS.
• Collaborate directly with the client's non-technical leadership to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of APIs and Apps Built in the JavaScript Ecosystem.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.
• Implement best practices for security, usability, and code maintainability in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Provide technical guidance on UI/UX considerations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across the application.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders and team members.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes to ensure code quality.
• Support the delivery of the project by adapting to evolving priorities and collaborating within a small, autonomous team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in web development
• Experience with modern SaaS distributed architectures on public cloud
• Ability to build high-performance, delightful user interfaces
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks (NodeJs and ReactJS), state management, design systems, and frontend security standards
• Senior-level proficiency with our core stack:
• JavaScript
• ReactJS
• NodeJS
• AI Integration Experience
• AI Native SDLC experience is a plus
• Knowledge of information security and defensive programming
