This role is to ensure:
Customer service representative is the direct link between GUTC and clients looking for service Execution of sales and marketing activities with channel distributors to meet assigned target objective. Customer service is the initial point of contact and it is her job to help customers, answer their questions and to provide assistance. Customer service representatives may perform a variety of duties and work with cross functional in GUTC to satisfy and meet customer requirement. Contact with internal variety of departments to convey customer requirement and ensure urgent orders are given immediate attention. Communicate regularly with customer requirement and sales team to providing appropriate information. Daily contact customers and affiliate via e-mail or telephone.
