The Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing & Advocacy is a 'creator whisperer'. They're somebody who leads with strategic vision, knows how to convert influence into impact and loves to build advocacy at scale. As an owner of creator affiliate and advocacy efforts across multiple iconic brands, the Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing & Advocacy at Gap Inc. will help draft the playbook for how our brands show up with creators, fans and affiliates in authentic, engaging and innovative ways. From building affiliate programs that truly convert to creating advocacy movements that spark community love for our brands and products, this role is dedicated to driving cultural relevance for our brands while unlocking meaningful, creator-powered revenue. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player and joins us with deep experience managing creators at scale, optimizing affiliate partnerships and building advocacy communities that inspire brand love and measurable business results.

Salary Range: $144,200 - $191,100 USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
