Job Description

Personal IT support for a fixed group of VIP clients in public administration, from office to home office to business travel. Maintenance of a wide range of devices (Apple, Windows, smartphones) including procurement, fueling, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software. Fast and independent troubleshooting, ad hoc and under time pressure. Advice on IT topics such as hardware recommendations, secure workplaces in home office or travel solutions. Delivery and introduction of technical equipment with the claim to communicate solution-oriented and convincingly even in case of problems.

Qualifications

Completed IT training or extensive technical knowledge, e.g. in IT sales. Several years of experience in professional customer interaction, ideally in a sensitive environment. Very good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android and MS 365; experience with agency-specific software is an advantage. Strong service orientation, discretion and confident demeanor, a neat appearance in formal clothing is of course required. Willingness to be on call and flexibility for changing requirements in the course of the day. Very good German language skills, good English language skills and enjoyment of individual customer consultation.
