Personal IT Support for VIP-Customers in Public Administration

Responsibilities

Personal IT-Support for a fixed group of VIP-customers in public administration, from office to home office to business travel. Maintenance of a wide range of devices (Apple, Windows, smartphones) including procurement, fueling, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software. Quick and independent troubleshooting, ad hoc and also under time pressure. Consultation on IT topics such as hardware recommendations, secure workplaces in home office or travel solutions. Delivery and induction of technical equipment with the claim to also communicate in a solution-oriented and convincing manner in case of problems.

Qualification

Completed IT training or in-depth technical knowledge, e.g. in (IT) sales. Several years of experience in professional customer interaction, ideally in a sensitive environment. Very good knowledge in Windows, iOS, Android as well as MS 365; experience with authority-specific software is an advantage. High service orientation, discretion and self-assured appearance, a well-groomed appearance in formal clothing is a matter of course. Willingness to be on standby duty as well as flexibility for changing requirements throughout the day. Very good German skills, good English skills and enjoyment of individual customer consultation.
