Senior Fueling Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fueling Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fueling system engineering, coupled with a proven track record in business development, mentoring, and construction document production experience. This role will involve a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management to drive business growth and ensure the successful execution of fueling projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of fueling systems for various applications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to optimize fueling system designs.
• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fueling systems into broader engineering projects.
• Implement process improvements and workflow optimizations to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fueling industry.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.

Mentoring and Talent Development:

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical training to junior engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set development goals, and provide constructive feedback.

Your day to day will involve:

• Executing plan drafting using AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
• Adjusting and correlating data, recognizing discrepancies, and following operations through detailed steps.
• Preparing improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications.
• Assisting in the preparation of calculations for various projects.
• Taking an active role in new business development.
