For our location in Stuttgart, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist (M/W/D) in full time, starting soon and on an indefinite basis.

These Tasks Are Expected Of You

  • 1st and 2nd level support
  • Setup and commissioning of end devices
  • Technical support at events
  • Participation in nationwide IT meetings
  • On- and offboarding of students, lecturers, and staff
  • Exchange of IT equipment
  • Contribution to IT projects
  • Recognizing and improving IT processes in Office 365

  • Orders – resource management
  • Helpdesk: admin of the day. (Helpdesk dispatching, 10 most frequent IT issues)
  • Helping hands on site
  • Coordination on campus regarding requirements
  • Monitoring IT systems using IT boards
  • On-offboarding of students, staff, and external lecturers
  • Trainings
  • Focus on key areas in IT fields
  • Documentations
