Instructor In Marketing
In the context of a replacement (maternity leave), the Faculty is looking for an instructor in marketing.
What we expect from you:
Support the marketing professors in the implementation of complex pedagogical devices, in the deployment of courses integrating digital resources and in the support of students.
Main activities of the position:
1. Ensure quality follow-up to students in large, complex and recurring courses. In collaboration with the Pedagogical Manager, he or she helps to:
- Manage the Brightspace platform (LMS) and animate it
- Respond to student questions and requests (direct responses, setting up FAQs…)
- Provide tutoring to students to support them in the completion of their projects, give them the necessary feedback and evaluations on their work and exams
- Take over part of the evaluations / make-ups
- Update courses, produce analyses for continuous course improvement, propose optimization solutions
2. Build or enrich a course (face-to-face or online). In collaboration with the Pedagogical Manager, he or she helps to:
- Identify and select pedagogical resources (human resources, digital and other activities)
- Ensure the fluidity of information with substitutes (integration, communication, planning)
- Produce pedagogical activity supports (case studies, exams, question banks)
- Update data
3. Manage digital platforms:
- Ensure the configuration, maintenance, deployment of e-learning platforms, simulations, business games, student group work follow-ups
- Manage any other platform useful for the proper functioning of a course and be the direct contact with the developer where applicable to optimize its use
- Manage the interface with students and substitute professors using these platforms
- Accompany the learners in their distance learning journey, follow their work remotely
The instructor is not in charge of teaching: the animation of course sessions is not part of his or her usual duties.
What we are looking for:
- You have a level BAC + 5
- You speak English fluently (C1 level)
- You have knowledge and an interest in marketing and/or communication
- You are customer-oriented and pedagogical
- You are known for your rigor, your reactivity and your organization.
- You are comfortable with IT and generally with digital platforms (we provide training on our specific tools like Brightspace)
