At the heart of the brand team and under the management of the Director of Marketing and Communication, you will accompany operationally the development of a portfolio of Arts & Creation schools on all contact points: digital, physical, editorial, and event-based.

Your role? Lead and coordinate the deployment of the marketing & communication plan to strengthen brand preference and the attractiveness of the schools.

Your missions

1. Lead and deploy marketing & communication projects In liaison with directors and central teams:• Contribute to the development of the marketing & communication action plan and ensure its operational deployment.

• Ensure a coherent execution of the brand image on all contact points.

• Build schedules, coordinate actions, and ensure respect of deadlines.

2. Produce and orchestrate communication contents & devices• Lead the creation of visual and video contents with the creative team (simple to advanced formats).

• Deploy communication kits (print, digital, merchandising…).

• Participate in the launches of new training programs and lead launch plans.

• Contribute to the marketing of the offer (optimization of existing training programs, support of developing training programs).

3. Lead digital & social media presence• Deploy the organic social media strategy and the production of SEA/SMA contents

• Collaborate closely with digital teams for the update of web contents and the feeding of campaigns.

• Participate in the management of CRM actions and direct marketing to contribute to the candidate journey.

• Manage and monitor the e-reputation of the schools.

4. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders of the schools• Be the preferred contact point of school directors.

• Ensure coordination with internal teams (admissions, commercial, digital, CRM…).

• Work in liaison with students, ambassadors, and associations to promote the life of the school.

• Co-organize events (open doors, fairs, graduation ceremonies…) and lead their communication.

• Manage an intern and coordinate internal & external resources.

5. Follow performance and optimize• Follow the performance of actions (visibility, engagement, conversion).

• Analyze results and adjust action plans continuously.

• Develop a test & learn approach (A/B testing, new formats).

• Produce clear and actionable regular reporting.

Profile sought

More than your background, it’s your ability to lead projects and drive topics forward in a demanding environment that will make the difference!

Experience & education• Higher education in communication, marketing, or equivalent (Bac+3 to Bac+5).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/communication with a strong project management dimension.

• Experience in a multi-site, dynamic, or creative environment (such as a communication agency) is a plus.

Technical skills• Mastery of project management tools (Notion, Trello)

• Good understanding of marketing levers (content, social media, digital campaigns, CRM).

• Ability to produce or lead visual and editorial contents.

• Excellent writing quality (orthography, syntax, expression).

• Digital culture, especially with Gen Z audiences.

Human qualities• Organization, rigor, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage several projects in parallel.

• Creativity and storytelling sense.

• Relationship skills and team spirit.

• Proactivity, reactivity, and result orientation.

• Salary: 40K€ package according to experience and profile.
