We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that help guide our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and leadership team. You'll build dashboards, define key metrics, and run analyses that make operational and financial performance clear. The role blends strong visualization and communication skills with business acumen, helping translate data into decisions that drive impact across the organization.
This is a remote position, reporting into the COO.

Your communication skills allow you to explain metrics and findings both at a high level and in tactical detail, tailoring your approach to your audience. You are curious, proactive, and motivated by impact — using analytics to improve processes, measure success, and support the company's strategic goals.

Compensation: $105,000-$128,000 annually based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics
